At-Home Workout Equipment

When you have kids at home it can be extremely hard to go to a gym. At-home exercises have become the only option for me since having my son. In this blog I want to share with you some equipment that I have found extremely useful for working out at home.

Yoga Exercise Mat


Used for stretching, pushups, situps, and many other exercises. This mat is a thick non-slip absorbing pad. Comes in five different colors.




Neoprene Coated Dumbbells


Choose from 16 different lbs. These can be used for curls, press ups, butterflies, and more! Made with soft, smooth fabric so you can have a good grip without hurting your palms.




Stationary Exercise Bike


Used for Cardio Aerobic purposes, this stationary exercise bike is used for home gyms. It has a comfortable seat and hand grips that are padded and won’t hurt your palms. The screen on it tells you your time, speed, distance and calories.



Abs and Arm Exercise Workout Machine

Push Up Bars


These are used for Push Ups. There are foam grips so you don’t hurt your hands when lowering down into your push up. These allow you to go deeper into a push up and use more muscle to get back up.

The perfect push up equipment moves with you from the upper position down to your lower position. These are very helpful when trying to really use all of your upper body muscles.

The 3-in-1 box is perfect for any type of workout. Push ups, dips, box jumps, step ups, box squats, etc. These boxes have handles for easy moving, you can turn the box to make three different heights for more challenging movements.

Yoga Exercise Ball


The yoga ball is used for sit ups, bench presses, stretching and many more! This ball can be used with the dumbbells by laying on the ball and pressing the dumbbells upward. Otherwise, it’s just a cool ball to have around the house. Sometimes I use it for just watching tv like a chair.


Folding Treadmill


The folding treadmill can be used for endless workouts! You can run, jog, walk, do squats, lunges, etc. There is a spot for your phone to be held and the screen displays your speed, heart rate, distance, time, and many more! It also folds up so it doesn’t take up too much space. (Plus it’s cheap!) You can spend hundreds of dollars on a fancy treadmill, but to me a workout is a workout, I’m good with the cheap one!
